BCPP has won the competition among pharmaceutical manufacturers, which has over 250 employees.

The contest is initiated by the State Labor Service of Ukraine and is held in a few stages. The special commission examines the documents of the company, carries out random anonymous employee surveys and visits the enterprise. Based on the obtained data, the best enterprises in their fields and nominations are determined. The competition was created to promote the implementation of innovative technologies to ensure occupational safety and reduce the number of accidents.

Safety in BCPP is one of the priority directions of the enterprise’s activity, because about 900 people work at the plant.

Throughout all stages of production, BCPP is guided by the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system standard. A high level of control over the dangerous production factors in the workplace can prevent the occurrence of accidents. In addition, BCPP works in accordance with the current legislation in the field of occupational health and safety.
