Basic principles for PJSC SIC “Borshchahivskiy CPP” in regard to Social Accountability:

• formation of informative comfort for every employee;
• recognition of the right for each employee not to perform the work being dangerous for his/her life or health, other personnel or environment;
• refusal to use child labour (persons younger than 18 years) at the territory of the plant, prohibition of discrimination of workers under their race, national origin, sexual character or any other condition;
• following the measures for creation of safe working conditions, maintenance of health and life of company employees;
