Information for our Suppliers

Suppliers of PJSC SIC "Borshchahivskiy CPP" within their powers should aim for implementation and fulfillment of the following basic requirements:

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The suppliers must strictly comply with all applicable international and national laws and regulations, industry minimum standards, ILO and UN Conventions

We ask you to read these requirements and inform your direct suppliers about them

ELIMINATION OF CHILD LABOUR

PJSC SIC "Borshchahivskiy CPP" does not have any business relations with suppliers, who exploit child labour.

FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND RIGHT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

All workers have the right to form, organize and join any labour associations or unions they choose and the right to bargain collectively with the management of the supplier.

The supplier shall respect this right and shall ensure that its employees are effectively informed of their right to join any labour organization or any trade union they choose, and that such actions will not cause any consequences or retaliation from the management of the supplier.

REMUNERATION

Wages paid for standard working hours shall always meet or exceed at least legal or industry minimum standards.

PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION

Realizing and respecting cultural differences, BCPP requires from its suppliers that they shall not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, during an employment, in remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on gender, age, religion, race, caste, genealogy, social origin, disability, ethical or national origin, union membership, political affiliation, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, or any other conditions that may lead to discrimination.

WORKING HOURS

The supplier shall comply with all applicable national laws and industry standards on working hours and on public holidays.

If you are interested in being our supplier, we will ask you that you officially commit to meeting these requirements and sign a corresponding Declaration related to Social Accountability.
