BCPP is increasing capacity and modernizing the manufacturing facilities for the production of tablets and capsules. These drug forms are the largest part of the company's product portfolio and have a lot of potential due to expanding markets.

 

The launch of the manufacturing division is scheduled for 2019. The division has the capacity to produce 500 million tablets and capsules per year. The full capacity of production of these drug forms will be increased by almost 30%.

 

The construction began in 2016. Today the building was constructed and a tender to buy new equipment is underway. The project is implemented at the expense of BCPP's investments.

 

Due to the expansion of production, it is planned to build a large warehouse for 5000 pallets near the new building. The construction should be completed in 2019 too.

 

Before, in 2015, two divisions were launched for the production of sterile antibiotics and for the phyto-production. Experts from the Czech Republic and Germany were involved in the projects. In 2014 a new production line to produce “Allochol” tablets, with a capacity of 300 million tablets a year, was launched.
