Active ingredients:

1 g of produkt contains 500 mg of doxycycline hyclate.

Doxycyclyne is a broad-spectrum bacteriostatic tetracycline antibiotic. The mechanism of action of the substance is due to the inhibition of protein synthesis. Doxycycline blocks the binding of aminoacyl tRNA to the mRNA and, thus, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. It is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Doxycycline is effective against chlamydia, mycoplasma and rickettsia.

Indications

• Calves aged 4 to 8 weeks, pigs: it is used to treat animals suffering from septicaemia and diseases of the respiratory and urinary  systems, gastrointestinal tract, caused by microorganisms susceptible to doxycycline.
• Poultry (chickens, broiler chickens): it is used to treat poultry suffering from colibacillosis, and respiratory diseases, caused by microorganisms susceptible to doxycycline.

Dosage and pharmaceutical form:

water soluble powder for oral administration, 200 g or 500 g in plastic container; 5 kg or 20 kg in containers and polymeric bags.
