Active ingredients:

Trihexyphenidyl Hydrochloride - 2 mg or 5 mg.

CYCLODOL is an anticholinergic agent that blocks the central cholinergic receptors, helping restore balance between acetylcholine and dopamine. CYCLODOL has central and peripheral anticholinergic activity.

Indications

CYCLODOL is used as monotherapy and in combination with levodopa for the treatment of parkinsonism of different origin.

• additionally, CYCLODOL tablets 5 mg is indicated for the control of extrapyramidal disorders caused by central nervous system medicine;
• Parkinson's disease;
• Little's disease;
• spastic paralysis due to extrapyramidal disorders, in some cases it reduces the tone and improves movement in patients with pyramidal paresis.

Dosage and pharmaceutical form:

tablets 2 mg or 5 mg, 10 tablets in blister, 4 blisters in package.
