Active ingredients:

1 ml of the product contains Butorphanol Tartrate (as 100 % anhydrous substance) - 2 mg.

Butarphanol is an opioid analgesic, which exhibits partial agonist activity at the k-opioid receptor, and partial agonist and antagonist activity at the m-opioid receptor, thus, changing the perception of pain at the level of the central nervous system.

Indications

It is used for symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain including postoperative pain, migraine, as well as for anaesthesia for maxillofacial surgery , preoperative or preanesthetic medication, as a supplement to balanced anaesthesia, and for the relief of pain during labour.

Dosage and pharmaceutical form:

solution for injection, 2mg/ml, 1 ml of solution per ampoule, 5 ampoules in cassette, 1 cassette in a pack.
