According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 № 64/2022 "On the imposition of martial law in Ukraine" the martial law was imposed throughout Ukraine. Active military actions are conducted across many regions of Ukraine due to an unprecedented military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine that started on February 24, 2022. Armed terrorist groups of the aggressor are destroying civil objects and infrastructural facilities, transport connections are blocked or damaged, thus delivery of products, raw materials etc. is impossible.

The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereinafter - CCI of Ukraine) evidenced force majeure circumstances (force majeure) throughout Ukraine from February 24, 2022.

According to the terms of the contracts and well-established practice party of the contract must provide a notification of a force majeure circumstances and corresponding documents that confirm their occurrence.

Considering the above-mentioned, PJSC SIC “Borshchahivskiy CPP” notify counterparties about the occurrence of the force majeure circumstances and provide the corresponding document of CCI of Ukraine.

Despite of the presence of the force majeure circumstances PJSC SIC “Borshchahivskiy CPP” will make every effort in order to fulfil the contractual obligations fully and properly.
